Heatflex

HeatFlex is a pre-insulated, flexible piping system with PE-Xa media pipes and high-efficiency polyurethane foam (PUR) insulation. The system is specifically designed for district heating applications where tight bending radii, narrow trenches, and quick installation are crucial.

Thanks to its low thermal conductivity (λ = 0.021 W/m·K), HeatFlex offers excellent insulation performance. For projects with particularly high energy efficiency requirements, an alternative insulation series with further improved thermal properties is available.

HeatFlex is available as a single or twin-pipe system, with dimensions up to DN125, and is designed for a maximum operating pressure of 6 bar at 80°C (temporarily up to 95°C). Its service life is dimensioned according to EN 15632-2, ensuring at least 30 years of operation under normal load conditions.

The corrugated PE-LLD outer casing provides high flexibility and mechanical durability. HeatFlex is an excellent choice for both new constructions and renovation projects where the combination of performance and ease of installation is essential.
